What to bring
- Your ticket documents from your email. Save them on your phone.
- Proof of age for children under 3.
- Sun cream and hats. Many areas are outdoors, though many are shaded.
- Swimwear if you are visiting the Water Park.
Food and drink
Outside food is not allowed in the theme park or the Water Park. The exceptions are baby food and small meals for special diets. Bags are checked at entry, and food can be taken away. If you need your own food for health or medical reasons, bring a doctor's report.
There are 9 places to eat in the theme park and 2 in the Water Park. The official FAQ names Market Restaurant, Caesar's Pizza and Pasta and The Café for healthier choices. Restaurants stay open during Ramadan.
Lockers, strollers and wheelchairs
- Lockers: in FACTORY in the theme park, and next to the change rooms in the Water Park.
- Strollers and wheelchairs: at the RIVERLAND car park entrance, in FACTORY, or on request in the Water Park.
- Phone charging: iCharge power bank stations in MINILAND (at the exit towards KINGDOMS) and on The Café terrace, for a small fee.
Guest Services, first aid and prayer rooms
- Guest Services, theme park: in FACTORY, opposite The BIG Shop.
- First Aid, theme park: in LEGO CITY, next to Market Restaurant.
- Baby Care Centre, theme park: in IMAGINATION, next to Fried Chicken Company.
- Prayer rooms, theme park: on FACTORY Street and in IMAGINATION. There are separate rooms for men and women.
- Water Park: Guest Services is behind Admissions; Baby Care and First Aid are next to Waves Bistro; prayer rooms are next to the change rooms.
Other rules
- Professional cameras are not allowed without approval. Otherwise you leave them with Guest Services.
- Children under 13 must be with an adult aged 18 or over.
- Most attractions are accessible to disabled guests, depending on the disability. The park publishes an accessibility guide.
Lost property
Report lost items by email to the park at guestservices@legoland.ae. The official FAQ says lost property is kept for no more than one week.
